Nature of Business : Manufacturer of water bottles and food container

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accomodation
  • Ensuring that the CEO is fully supported in all aspects of her/his work including confidential matters
  • Advising on compliance with legislation and guidance
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/ administrative systems
  • Liasing with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Other duties of an appropriate level and nature may also be required, as directed by the CEO
  • Adhoc task given by CEO
  • Involved in meetings in the office and production floor and take minutes

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as secretay or personal assistant is required for this position.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

 

Salary: RM6,000 - RM8,000

 

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
