URGENT! Customer Service Officer (Call Centre | Shift | SPM | LRT)

  • Basic (Max: RM2200) + Shift Allowance (RM240)
  • Shift Time : 8AM to 8PM and 8PM to 8AM on rotation (Max 16 working days per month)
  • Number of vacancies : 5
  • Location : Jalan Sultan Ismail (Next to Monorial station, Near to LRT Station)


  • Possess Verbal English, Bahasa and Chinese (Added advantage) Communication and Effective Listening Skills
  • Customers requests promptly with Courtesy and Professionalism
  • Responsible and Disciplined working within procedures while being Attentive to Detail
  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM with good spoken and written English
