Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Answer inbound calls from the customers.
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
  • Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer.
  • Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.
  • Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in The Intermark.
  • Experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre would be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
  • Able to work on weekends and night shift.
  • Bilingual will be an added advantage (English & Mandarin)
